These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DramaPing iOS application and the dramaping.com website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What DramaPing does

DramaPing is a tracking and notification app for Korean dramas and films. It lets you follow actors, actresses, and directors, and sends push notifications about casting announcements, air dates, and episode releases. DramaPing does not host, stream, or distribute video content. Links to streaming platforms are informational and point to third-party services we do not control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

3. No accounts

DramaPing does not use accounts or logins. Your follows, watchlist, and settings are associated with your device's anonymous push notification token. If you delete the app or switch devices, this data may not be recoverable.

4. Free tier and DramaPing Pro

The free tier includes a limited number of follows and watchlist entries. DramaPing Pro removes these limits and is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and applies for the lifetime of the Service.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies.

5. Content and attribution

Show, film, and person metadata and images are supplied by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch via TMDB. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, including casting announcements and air dates.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent purchase requirements or usage limits, reverse engineering the Service's API, scraping or redistributing data obtained through the Service, or interfering with its operation.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect paid features.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that notifications will be delivered, timely, or error-free — push delivery ultimately depends on Apple's notification infrastructure and your device settings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaPing and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
